We wanted to make you aware of our new Patient Portal system that allows you to update your details in the comfort of your home prior to your dental appointment. Within your next appointment reminder text you will see a link that will take you to your dental forms. Rest assured, this link is from Passage House Dental Care. You may receive this by email too, the link is the same and only needs your attention once before your next appointment.
Simply click on the link, enter the details asked for and you will receive a secure code to gain entry to your forms. The first time you use the link it will take approx 7-10 minutes to complete the forms, but on subsequent appointments it will be quicker. This makes time in your dental appointment to concentrate on your dental care, as opposed to paperwork.
We hope you will see the great benefit such a system brings for our patients and are able to spend a few minutes on your essential dental forms prior to your appointment.
