Summer Recipes for Adults and Kids
It’s always hard to get a healthy meal that both Adults and Kids will love but we think we’ve found one!
Rice Pudding is a great dessert. It can have less sugar than many desserts, especially if you make it from scratch and control the amount of sugar added. There are many recipes online for you to follow.
If you get hungry between meals, reach for the more ‘tooth kind’ snacks such as: Cheese, celery, carrot sticks, apples, nuts, bananas.
Water is the best drink to have if you’re looking after your teeth – still water, not fizzy!
Smoothies are packed full of sugar but as a treat try looking at recipes for Watermelon smoothies as Watermelon has more water content and less acidity than many other fruits.
Enjoy!
