FUN, HEALTHY EATING IDEA FOR KIDS AND ADULTS ALIKE

Jam Jars!

All you need is a jam jar and a bit of imagination. Kids are far more likely to eat healthily if it is fun. What you put in your jam jar for work?

Some ideas that work for kids snacks, as well as adults, packed lunch:

  • Tuna pasta with cucumber sticks
  • Pasta, sweetcorn and carrot sticks
  • Cheese cubes, mini cheddars and pineapple
  • Lettuce, tomato and cheese layered
  • Humous at the bottom with cucumber and bread sticks
