Lifestyle tips for healthy teeth (body, and mind!)

Taking care of your general health as well as your oral (mouth, teeth and gums) health is the key to making the most of your smile.

You can help to keep your teeth healthy by brushing your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste and having regular check-ups with your dentist. But don’t forget diet, smoking and drinking alcohol also have an effect on dental health.

Imagine what an impact a few simple changes in the right direction would have, not just on your teeth, but your body and mind too.

FUN, HEALTHY EATING IDEA FOR KIDS AND ADULTS ALIKE

Autumn/Winter ‘Soupa’ Healthy Recipe for Adults and Kids

It’s always hard to get a healthy meal that both Adult and Kids will love but we think we’ve found one!

Adults will love this Jamie Oliver Squash Soup recipe – and with the addition of cheese on toast alongside it the kids will too.  It’s tried and tested and the kids gave it a big thumbs up.

If you don’t want to follow Jamie Oliver’s recipe, then make any soup up yourself using vegetables from your fridge (whizz it up if the kids don’t like the vegetable lumps!), and just put cheese on toast on the side!

Enjoy!
