Lifestyle tips for healthy teeth (body, and mind!)

Taking care of your general health as well as your oral (mouth, teeth and gums) health is the key to making the most of your smile.

You can help to keep your teeth healthy by brushing your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste and having regular check-ups with your dentist. But don’t forget diet, smoking and drinking alcohol also have an effect on dental health.

This soup was made in literally 10-15 minutes – so quick! The mint goes well in this soup, as does the ricotta cheese added at the end – so don’t be afraid to try this combination!

KIDS HEALTHY SNACK OF THE MONTH: Egg muffins!

So, this hasn’t been tried and tested …. yet, but it will get tried very soon as it sounds perfect!

Just beat up 4 eggs in a bowl, add a little milk and then add something of your choice. Perhaps grated cheese or some ham?

Pour mixture into a muffin tray and bake for about 10 minutes in a medium heated oven.
