Meet Dr Adam Gardiner (Dentist)
BDS DPDS
GDC No. 83691
Adam qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2004. He completed his foundation year with Passage House Dental Care the following year and has been fortunate to stay with the practice ever since.
Adam completed the University of Bristol Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies in 2011 which included modules in oral health and disease, crown and bridgework and anxiety control. More recently Adam has completed a three year Master of Science Degree in Periodontology at the University of Plymouth. This has provided Adam with the knowledge and skills to treat patients with severe gum disease and has also enabled him to start offering dental implants.
Adam has previously been a vocational trainer for newly qualified dentists and now also works as a Dental Practice Advisor to NHS England where he investigates dental complaints, performance issues and helps to ensure overseas dentists coming to the UK meet the standards expected of them.
In addition to having a special interest in the treatment of gum disease, Adam enjoys all aspects of general dentistry including cosmetic work, treating anxious patients and also providing clear aligner (brace) treatments.
Outside of dentistry, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He can often be found at Ashton Gate with his keen footballer daughter supporting Bristol City Ladies and also following Bristol Bears rugby.
