Dear Patients
I’d like to let you know that there is a change happening over the summer at Passage House Dental Care, but rest assured all my patients will still have access to NHS dental care.
The last two years have been a difficult time for all and have definitely affected everyone be it with work or home life. I am therefore writing to let you know that due to personal circumstances I will be reducing my working days very soon. This means that I will not have the capacity to treat all of my existing patients.
There’s no need to call the practice asking if there is a change to your next appointment date/time. If there is a change we will let you know.
Despite our best efforts, when your appointment date/time remains the same but your dentist has changed, we may not have been able to tell you this information before your appointment. In this instance, please read about the new dentist below and you will be informed if there is a change at your next set appointment, if not before.
The Practice is very fortunate to have a new Dentist to carry on your NHS dental care. We are trying our hardest to contact those affected by email, text or letter. Unfortunately we don’t have the capacity to give you a choice of NHS dentist at this time. However, for those who it will affect, it is with pleasure that I introduce your new Dentist, Dr Natasha West (GDC: 295782).
Natasha will be working four days a week, and so is able to provide you with a wide variety of appointment dates and times.
If you haven’t heard anything, please attend your next dental appointment as usual. There is no need to call reception to check.

An introduction to Dr Natasha West
Natasha qualified with honours from Cardiff University. Since then she has been working in general practice and is currently undertaking further postgraduate education in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, including oral surgery, restorative, and working with children. Natasha is also a medical aesthetic practitioner, having undertaken Botox and Dermal filler training. In her spare time she likes to bake, travel and spend time with her dog.
